The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“the Act”) was introduced by the Government of Malaysia to regulate the processing of personal data in respect of commercial transactions. Your actual order details may be stored with us but for security reasons, cannot be retrieved directly by us. However, you may access this information by logging into your account on the website. At DoReMi we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. It is important to remember that fruit is a perishable, natural product that will react to their immediate indoor environment and external weather conditions. DoReMi ensures only the freshest and highest quality fruit are hand selected and bought each day. Unfortunately once we dispatch our fruit a number of changes in conditions may result in their longevity being reduced. To assist in maintaining freshness and taste, we recommend keeping fruit in a cool or refrigerated environment. Extreme heat or changes in climate or exposure to air conditioning for long periods may also have an adverse effect on the fruit. Unfortunately, with all the possible variables, it is difficult for DoReMi to guarantee the fruit quality and longevity in every case.
2.0 Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a RM20 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by DoReMi 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received within 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.

Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased. A voucher to the same amount paid will be issued for all cash purchases.
